4. Retention Periods

Member information
Anonymized one year after withdrawal
Shipping information saved for next-time entry
The recipient name, address, and telephone number saved to Member information are managed separately from the retention period for each order, and are, in principle, deleted in the anonymization process one year after withdrawal.
Card purchase orders without payment
30 days after the day on which the order ended by expiry or cancellation, the scheduled process deletes the shipping details (recipient name and address), telephone number, delivery note, the copy of the email address at the time of the order, and the like.
Card purchase orders with payment
Seven years after January 1 of the year following the year of payment, the scheduled process deletes the shipping details (recipient name and address), telephone number, delivery note, the copy of the email address at the time of the order, and the like.
Order information on withdrawal
In principle, deleted or anonymized one year after withdrawal. However, if there is an order awaiting payment or not yet shipped, anonymization is postponed until the necessary processing is complete. Depending on the processing status, deletion takes place when the scheduled process above runs.
Payment-related records
Records such as amounts, item details, payment identifiers, dates and times, and status are retained, even after shipping information is deleted, for a standard period of seven years from January 1 of the year following the year of payment. Books and documents that must be kept by law are separately retained for the statutory period that applies.
Video viewing logs
Deleted after three months
Benefit ticket usage records
Retained in anonymized form

These are the retention standards for information the Company manages. The retention of information that Stripe and others manage themselves is governed by each company's policy and applicable law.
