Price (tax included): The prices of membership plans are displayed on this site.
The prices of items purchased by credit card at the EXCLUSIVE Store are displayed, tax included, on each item page. For items exchanged for benefit tickets, the type and number of benefit tickets required are displayed.
Charges other than the item price: The shipping fee for items purchased by credit card is a flat rate nationwide. The amount of the shipping fee and the conditions for free shipping are displayed on each item page, the cart, and the checkout screen. The shipping fee applied to your order and the total amount payable can be confirmed on the checkout screen.
Internet connection fees and communication charges required to browse the site and view content are borne by the customer.
Payment method: Membership fees and the price of items purchased by credit card are paid by credit card payment through Stripe. The cards that can be used are displayed on the payment screen.
Payment timing: Membership fees are automatically renewed and automatically charged. Payment is made at the time of the initial application, and thereafter, each time the period of the plan applied for has elapsed, on the same day as the initial payment date (for example, monthly for monthly plans and yearly for yearly plans).
For the actual debit date, please contact your card company.
For items purchased by credit card at the EXCLUSIVE Store, payment is made, and the order is confirmed, when you complete payment on the Stripe payment page. The actual debit date is determined by your card company.
After starting the payment procedure with "Proceed to card payment," please complete payment within 30 minutes as a guide. If payment is not completed by the expiry of the payment page, the order is not confirmed.
Delivery timing: Membership and digital content are available immediately after payment is made.
Shipping timing and delivery area: Items purchased by credit card are shipped within 7 business days from the business day after the payment completion date. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and December 29 to January 3.
If shipping is expected to be delayed, we will notify your registered email address of the reason and the expected shipping date. Rights such as rescission recognized by law are not restricted.
Delivery is within Japan only.
Conditions and method for cancelling a membership plan: You can cancel at any time from "Membership plan and payment information" on My Page (Stripe Customer Portal).
If you cancel before the next payment date, no further charges will be made (no pro-rated refunds are provided).
To cancel all paid plans and withdraw, the prescribed account deletion procedure is required.
Withdrawal of application, cancellation, returns, and exchanges: For items purchased by credit card, cancellations, returns, and exchanges for the customer's own reasons after payment is completed are not accepted. The cooling-off system for door-to-door sales and the like does not apply to mail-order sales.
If an item is defective or damaged, the quantity is short, or an item different from your order arrives, please contact us through the inquiry form or info@cin-dere-lla.com as soon as possible after arrival, as a guide within 8 days, with the order number and a description of the situation.
After reviewing the matter, we will guide you through measures such as exchange, sending the missing items, or a refund, in accordance with law. Where we are responsible, we bear the necessary return or re-shipment fees. If a replacement cannot be prepared, the price of the item concerned and other amounts paid will be refunded. If the whole order is rescinded due to our responsibility, the shipping fee you paid will also be refunded.
If a return is required, we will guide you on the method, so please contact us first. Refunds of card payments are, in principle, made through the payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes to be reflected differs by card company and others.
The above contact guideline and handling do not restrict the rights of customers recognized by law regarding non-conformity with the contract, non-performance, and other matters.
For digital content and membership services, refunds for the customer's own reasons are not accepted. However, this does not restrict cancellation of the prescribed membership plans, or rights to rescission, refund, and the like recognized by law. If you are unable to use the service, please contact us.
Handling of non-conformity with the contract: For defects, damage, short quantity, wrong delivery, and the like, we respond as stated above under "Withdrawal of application, cancellation, returns, and exchanges."
Quantity limits and application period: Items and benefits sold on a members-only or limited-time basis are displayed individually on the site.
Purchase by credit card is limited to Members of this fan club. Free Members can also purchase. However, if the Member class that may purchase is set for an item, it is displayed on the item page.
If there is an upper limit on the purchase quantity, or if a sales period is set, the details are displayed on the item page. Sales may end depending on stock. For items with a sales deadline, the application deadline is also displayed on the checkout screen.
Price of documents sent upon request: Matters set out in the proviso to Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions will be provided free of charge and without delay upon request to the contact above.
